INGREDIENTS

  • 1 slice wheat bread, toasted || 40 calories
  • 1/2  haas avocado || 114 calories
  • 1/2 cup white beans || 150 calories
  • 0.5 tsp or less of ground black pepper || 3 calories
  • 1 large egg || 70 calories
  • 1.5 cups spring mix salad || 10 calories
  • 1 tbs red wine vinegar || 0 calories
  • 1 spray olive oil cooking spray || 0 calories

TOTAL roughly 387 calories

 

 

I like my bread toasted! You can also either cut up the avocado or smash it into a paste, same with the beans you can eat them whole or mashed. Makes for a great light lunch!
