I like my bread toasted! You can also either cut up the avocado or smash it into a paste, same with the beans you can eat them whole or mashed. Makes for a great light lunch!

Yes! It definitely depends on the ingredients, I’ve seen a slice of wheat bread as high as 100 but there are alternatives! ❤
