VIB SALE Mini Haul

I’ve been trying really hard not to make too many purchases recently but I couldn’t pass up the VIB sale! These two purchases were during the friends and family sale which was 20% off and had to be given to you by a Sephora employee. The other was during the public VIB sale which was also 20% off.

YSL all hours foundation

I absolutely love YSL for foundation! My previous holy grail was the Fusion Ink, I really thought it couldn’t get any better. Boy was I wrong! The All Hours foundation is even more long lasting and full coverage without being cakey. It states it’s a matte finish but I feel like it’s more of a satin finish. I appreciate that they opted for a pump instead of the weird stick that the Fusion Ink had.

DRYBAR baby buttercup

I’ve been using a really obnoxious hair dryer for a few months. The nozzle attachment literally melted so it doesn’t attach well. Who makes a nozzle with material that can’t withstand the heat of it’s own blowdryer?! First time for everything I guess. So I decided to splurge on the baby buttercup, the regular size is a little too expensive for me right now even with all the extra products in the value set. But let me tell you the size of the baby buttercup isn’t really that small. It’s not heavy and it doesn’t lack in heat or power. It also dries faster than my last dryer and leaves my hair with shine, not dried out.

It’s also travel (TSA) friendly and has dual voltage which means it won’t fry if you use it overseas, which is important since I am going overseas soon.

The only complaint I have is that I ended up buying a lemon haha. When I’d fold it or unfold it sometimes it would detach a bit. Still worked perfectly fine but I wasn’t sure if that was normal so I took it back to Sephora. They exchanged it for me, a big reason why I shop at Sephora. Their return and exchange policy is hassle free and they are very helpful!

That hair dryer is so cute!! The yellow is so bright and unique. Also as a side note, you take wonderful photos for all your blog posts and I really love the way they look! What kind of camera do you use and do you have any tips for taking such amazing photos?

Thank you!! I don’t use any professional camera yet, all I use is my Iphone 7 โค I also enjoy using Meitu and Color Story for editing. Hope that was somewhat helpful. I'll try to make a post in the future on how I edit my pictures!
